🔥 General Questions

  • Each kit includes different items depending on the size you choose.

    Our small kits include: papers, tips, rolling tool, pocket lighter, hemp string, compact shredder, clip, paper shovel and toothpick. The large kits include all of the above, plus a ring holder, lip balm, and storage tube.

  • Yes! We’re stocked at a growing number of stores. You can view all current locations on our stash spots map. Don’t see us near you? Feel free to request us at your favorite shop!

  • Not fully. While they offer some protection, they are not designed to be smell-proof or waterproof.

  • No, our cases are not child-proof. Each comes with a silicone band for added closure security. Toddler-resistant, maybe, but not child-proof.

  • Large kits include a few extra items: ring holder, lip balm, and doob tube. Everything else is the same.

  • Kits arrive fully stocked with all listed accessories.

  • Yes! We include classic lighters that are refillable and reusable.

  • All grinders included in our kits are metal.

  • Nope! Our kits are accessory-only, no flower is included.

  • Yes! Our kits are intended for use with legal tobacco herbs and accessories.

✨ Customization + Design

  • Yes, depending on inventory. If you prefer a different color than what comes with your chosen design, feel free to request a color swap at checkout.

  • The internal contents are not fully customizable, but you can choose between different paper and tip options.

  • Yes, what you see is what you’ll get.

  • Definitely! Leave your message at checkout and we’ll include it with your order.

📦 Shipping & Orders

  • All orders are hand-assembled and typically ship within 2–3 business days.

  • Yes! All orders are shipped in padded mailers with a discreet return label under a different business name.

  • At this time, we only ship within the US.

  • Tracking is provided via USPS (or the shipping option selected at checkout).

  • Check with your local USPS branch. Sometimes packages are pre-scanned before actual delivery. If it still doesn’t arrive after 1–2 days, you may file a missing package claim. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items marked as delivered.

  • Email us at help@lunarhaze.co with your order number and a photo, we’ll make it right!

💬 Returns + Exchanges

  • Yes, for unused items in original condition. We can’t accept returns on used kits due to health and safety reasons.

  • Once your order is placed, we can't guarantee any edits. Contact us ASAP and we'll try, but it's not always possible.

  • If the item hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately. If it has, we recommend contacting the shipping provider to see if the package can be held for pickup. Always double check your info before completing your order.

  • We don’t issue refunds for buyer’s remorse. If you return an unused kit, you’ll be refunded the item cost minus shipping. Buyer covers return shipping.

💖 Gifting & Wholesale

  • Yes! These are perfect for birthdays, newbies, longtime fans, or just because. It’s cute, practical, and a conversation piece.

  • Yes, depending on quantity. Reach out to sales@lunarhaze.co and we’ll sort something out.

  • Absolutely. All wholesale orders include a counter display box and SKU-labeled items ready for retail.

  • Nope, your gift is safe! Pricing is not displayed on or inside the package.

  • We don’t currently offer delayed shipping options. If timing matters, we recommend placing the order closer to the event. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

🚓 Travel & Lifestyle

  • Our kits are designed for convenience on the go, but we can’t guarantee they’ll pass through security checks (especially if they’ve been used previously). Use your best judgment based on the event's rules.

  • If the kit is packed in checked luggage and doesn’t contain loose herbs or any used materials, it generally shouldn’t be a problem but we can’t make guarantees. Always check with TSA guidelines beforehand.

  • Yes! Our cases are compact and travel-friendly, making them perfect for small bags.

  • Remove all contents and wash the case with mild soap and water. The waterproof sticker design won't be damaged. Clean each item you use separately for best hygiene.

👜 Shopping & Checkout

  • Not in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

  • Most designs will be restocked unless otherwise noted. Limited editions may not return.

  • No, discount codes cannot be combined.

  • We do not offer price adjustments for past purchases.
